The Inis Product set moved forward significantly again, on all fronts, during 2007 with enhanced integration throughout the product set meaning that we now truly have a "PLUG & PLAY" system for managing events & races at venues.
Inis Radio Controlled Lights System During 2007 the Inis Radio Controlled Lights system has been fine tuned and is now even more simple to install and use. the addition of Full Size Traffic / Stop Lights means that the ins System can now be used at any sized circuit. In addition the Inis Dash Light and Fender Light units with the ability to link to GPS based sectorisation provide an extra safety dimension, keeping the light in the drivers eye at all times.
Inis Kart Shut Down System Enhancing the integration with the Inis Funfair and Corporate Software Packages has produced great benefits for our customers. In addition listening to feedback form our customer has meant a host of minor improvements throughout the year. Below is details on some of the work carried out by the Inis team in 2007.
Remotely start & Stop races in all modes, Unnamed or Named Arrive & Drive, GP and Challenge events greatly reduces the time and staff involved running races.
Automatic Slow Down at race end per kart, with a time delay if required to get the karts back to the pits, has greatly improved safety for both staff and drivers and reduces after finish crashes to almost zero.
Full "Plug & Play" Lights integration for Arrive & Drive Endurance, GP and Challenge events. Simply Plug in a set of Inis Lights and you have full lights flow through Kart Assignment out of the pits, race start, yellow caution periods, race end and karts back to the pits. As this is fully radio Controlled there is no wiring required at all.
Early in 2007 we launched our new Rugged Multi Function Control to great success. This durable device provides a full management tool for Race directors. Later in 2007 we have increased the processing power to enable us to add even more functionality further increasing the potential of the Inis System.
InisSoft Management & Scoring Software Inis continued their development of their Track Management and Scoring Software throughout 2007 adding functionality and further enhancing integration with the other Inis Product set. Some of the development completed during 2007 is highlighted below;
InisSoft Competition Software Suite released, following 12 months of development and testing. With Oval Racing, European Points Style and Championship Style racing grid systems, Membership Management, Transponder Management and Integrated E-mail Newsletter module the Inis System has all the functionality required to run a club or championship meeting. Full integration to the Inis Radio Lights, including the option to automatically stop scoring under full course yellow, gives the Race Director /Flagman total control.
Enhanced Booking features including Drag & Drop of a booking, Enhanced timeslot management of bookings, Rapid Registration Mode, selection of Booking Screen Views.
Integration of Inis Radio Lap Counter allows plug and play integration of the Inis 24v device with out wiring or any configuration.
Integration of the Inis Radio Scoreboard Transmitter allows the Inis Software to transmit results and positions directly to a scoreboard without the use of wiring. Certain Scoreboard protocols are available in this Inis Software others will be added as requested.
Inis-ems.com, the Inis Online Newsletter Generator V.1 launched with full integration to the InisSoft system. This e-mail has been generated using this tool.
Inis Funfair (Nameless Arrive & Drive) Configuration greatly enhanced and integrated to provide a simple to use package for Fun Track operators. Many thanks to our partner track Family Fun Center Wilsonville, OR, USA, JJ Amusements and Tom who provided great insight to what was really required to operate a track efficiently.

Inis Radio Control ights add to the safety at SnapOn All stars Kart Race in Orlando.
Inis team installed 6 sets of Inis Radio Controlled Corner Lights on Thursday Afternoon as the Stars of Karting Team built the track around them. By 3:30pm all the lights were installed, numbered and tested. Following a discussion with the Stars Team and Flagman an Inis staff member took position to run the lights for the evenings racing. From the First Practice session the 6 corner lights were controlled using the Inis Radio Control unit mirroring the Flag activity at each corner, as the track was run on a local yellow basis. With Lap times of sub 15 seconds it was imperative that the lights worked effectively and with out issue, which of course they did.
With a Host of top US and International Stars including Former F1 Driver Scott Speed, Indy 500 winner Buddy Rice along with his fellow competitors from the IndyCar Series - Marco Andretti, Tomas Scheckter, and this years Indy Rookie of the Year Phil Giebler. The NASCAR continent included AJ Allmendinger, Jaime McMurray, John Andretti, and past World Karting Champion Lake Speed. Add Bryan Herta and Christian Fitipaldi to the list and you have a grid that many a series would die for.
To supplement this grid you had the many upcoming stars form the world of karting fighting for the last 6 places on the Master Final Grid. Gary Carlton managed to take the first of these and then proved his worth by running up the field to finish 2nd to Michael Valiante in the 50 lap masters final.

Presidents Commission: Funfair Track System Installed and Commissioned in record time for Azerbaijan Fun Park Inis Staff were instrumental in the management of the Rapid build of a Funfair Kart Track in Baku Azerbaijan, as part of a Fun Park in the Presidents Residence.
Working with the Architects and the Turkish Construction team Inis and their Middle East Agent worked for a solid 7 days converting a building site into a ready to run a state of the art Funfair Kart Track with the full Inis System installed in double quick time. The "Plug & Play" nature of the Inis Radio System was instrumental in this quick turnaround time.

Inis Motorsport Ltd returned over the weekend from a very successful first ever Professional Motorsport World Expo in Cologne Germany, having already booked their booth for their return in 2007.
At the show Inis Motorsport Ltd had on display their full range of track management products including the latest version of their “Competition” Software which was very well received by the track owners and series organisers that attended the show.
The show which is designed to be a Trade show had a great format with free to attend technical briefings, an open forum an exhibitors meeting area and the Gala Dinner on the first night. The Gala Dinner saw over 650 invited guests attend in a networking environment and was the first time that the PMW Awards were presented.
Peter O’Doherty, CEO of Inis Motorsport Ltd was asked to give a talk on the advances in track management systems at the forum. This was very well received by the venue operators and management companies present. Following the talk Peter spent half an hour answering questions and in discussion with many of those that attended.
Inis Motorsport Ltd will now concentrate it’s efforts on responding to the inquiries and delivering the orders received at the show.
