Manage Practice, Qualifying, Heats & Finals
Using the InisSoft Race Management System you can easily store your race settings to automate grid calculation and Heat, Final formats. The Race Management tool allows you to review each grid, amend drivers details right up to the start of a race. After approval the details are passed to the race control console. During and after a race the post race tools allow the user to; Amend Points or add a penalty Approve & Issue Results Calculate Championship Points Cancel a Race & Re Run it.
Easy to use Race Control Screen
We designed our Race Control screen to follow the flow of running a race.
Select the chosen race from the list, open the pits and set the drivers off. Each driver will be checked against their registered transponder and a list of any mismatches will be produced. The Race controller can then decide to; - Assign the transponders to the unassigned drivers, - Add a rolling lap, - Stop the race to sort it out - Or just go ahead and start the race.
Hit the Start Race Button to start the event and the Finish Box will pop up once the designated number of laps is reached. The Race Positions are available all the time to the race control in the bottom half of the screen.
Radio Lights
Inis Motorsport Ltd also manufactures Radio controlled lights units. The software provides control of these in association with Race Control. Simply plug in the Inis USB device and your lights are integrated.
Broadcast Results to the Fans & Competitors
The InisSoft Broadcast Module provides an easy method of producing many different outputs to display race results to the competitors and fans during a meeting.
Different formats can be sent to different screens. Using Video Senders this can also be provided through a wireless medium.
Use the Mass Mailer to Issue Results & Entry Forms
Available to users of the club system is the InisSoft Mass mail module which can be used for the following functions E-mail or Mail race results and championship positions to club members and other contacts Send out entry forms and entry lists Send reminders, newsletter and advertising to club members and other contacts Issue news reports and results to media contacts whose details you can store in the system.
